[Hammarlund] Recap a SP-600 use orange drops or ceramic

The later SP-600's used ceramics in place of the black beauties. Ceramics
are small, and cheap. Most of these caps are used as RF bypass, and in these
applications, the ceramics will do just fine. I would use the orange drops
in the audio and RF coupling positions, however. Much discussion has taken
place on this list regarding this issue, and I'm sure there are folks out
there who can tell us which specific positions to use the orange drops for.
