[Hammarlund] six meters-hq110

the hq110-c is a really nice radio with wonderful audio quality. music =
on 40 or 15 meters sounds great through my stereo system. on the hf =
bands it's rock steady. so what's with the six meter band? i must keep =
my hand on the bfo control and adjust every few seconds to keep an ssb =
signal in. it drifts up, down and all around. anyone ever heard of =
someone trying to tackle this problem? or could it just be my particular =
rig? i would enjoy hearing any comments. 73's. mike
