ROTFL-- Good one Barry , can't argue the best Hammarlunds ever where the EAC
R-390A's, but then I don't own 5 Super Pros for no reason they are the
pinnacle of performance for their time. NASA has a series of programs for
price comparative estimations and the cost of a 1945 SP-200 was a hair
under $5000 in 1998 dollars if I recall correctly . Would still like to
acquire a SP-110 for the sake of curiosity, and if it's right even a Comet
Pro. For what it's worth I did have several complete Drake Rigs and Drake
SWL receivers, they had to leave to make more room for Hammarlunds ( wont
get into The Collins R-39XX stuff here). On The power supply on the SP-100 &
200 series: I have wondered with their separate power supplies if a single
supply would power several receivers, but then again that would not be
correct and then the racks would weigh less anyhow! 73's Jon AB9AH
