[Hammarlund] RBG-2

I'm looking for a Hammarlund RBG-2 CHC-46140 receiver.  I purchased one
when I lived on Guam in 1958 for $25.00 from the Navy scrap yard.  Didn't
get the speaker.

I had it untill 1962 when I ran afoul of my Dad's instructions of keeping
my grades up in high school. After his second warning he took all of my
radio stuff and smashed the H**L out of it with a sledge hammer and then
made me clean up the mess.

When my grades picked back up a few months later and he took me  to
Quements and we got some stuff from the consignment table to replace the
victums.   Never was the same as the old Hammarlund.

I have seen maybe three other RBG-2's but never touched another.    I sure
would like to find one to replace mine. It'd somewhere at the bottom of the
land fill iin Sunnyvale.
