[Hammarlund] Follow-up on HQ-100 speaker

            I just thought I=92d drop the group a note to say that a
certain list member (I won=92t mention his name, but his call sign is
K=D8CQW ;-) has sold me a nice=20
S-100 speaker for a very reasonable price and it just arrived in perfect
condition. I also wanted to thank the other list members that responded
to my request. This is a great group of folks and I hope I can soon be
talking to a few of you on-air. Being a =93newbie=94 at all of this, =
would
anyone have a suggestion for a transmitter that would compliment the
HQ-100 for when I actually do get my ticket? I=92ll likely get a
late-model lower-end transceiver to start with, but would eventually
like to have an all Hammarlund hollow-state setup as an alternative
operating position. Thanks again for a great group; I=92m learning a lot
from following the posts!
