[Hammarlund] Hammarlund HQ-129-X

[Radio Station Enigma]

Hello All: I'm in the process of waiting for a Hammarlund HQ-129-X W/
Matching Speaker.Has the Original Wrinkle Finish paint! It's rated a
8+-9 on a 10 Scale.It had belonged to a Radio Club up in New
Hampshire,they moved,& did not want to Lug a Boat Anchor from point A to
Point B...So I lucked out! It works exceptionally well,and even has the
"Original" Wrench inside the envelope,in the Cabinet,too! I TRADED My
Yaesu FRG-8800 All Digital,All Mode Reciever for this Hammarlund Set,and
I also got a Drake R-4 W/Matching Speaker. So! 2 Boat Anchor's with
Matching Speaker for the Price of 1 Trade! Not Bad....So!....I wait! If
anyone can tell me about THEIR Hammarlund HQ-129-X,and if they are happy
with it,and what they think...I'd be Gratefull.   Thanks all you Glow
