I am finally the proud owner of a Hammarlund RBG-2 RCVR (again). My first
REAL SW RCVR was an RBG-2 that I got from he US Navy disposal facility on
Guam in 1957. The cost was $25.00. I assure you this one wasn't that
inexpensive or in that good of shape.

My old SW warrior is in need of some TLC to bring it back to it's former
glory; but, it is working well and tuning in stations.

In my quest to COMPLETE my system I'm looking for the CHC-49154 Loud
Speaker. It is nothing more than the Hammarlund SC-10 Loud Speaker with a
Navy data plate on it. I would be happy to find one of those......Or the
speaker cabinet, Hammarlund DWG or Part Number 6259.

I would also like to find the Shock Mount Frame, Hammarlund DWG or Part
Number 6234, or some documentation for it. I can only find it listed in
the parts list.

I have been making comparison schematics and parts diagrams of the HQ-120X,
RBG-2, and the HQ-129X. When I have finished them and gotten them
presentable I will make them available.

It looks like I will need to get both and HQ-120X and HQ-129X parts radio
for a pool of Hammarlund peculiar spare parts. The condensers and
resistors are pretty generic.

So my fellow "Hammarlundians," what say you of my quest?
