[Hammarlund] attachments

for other hotmail users:
  Go to Compose folder, click on 'tools' and pull down menu.  Make sure it 
says 'Rich-text editor ON'.  If it says '....OFF', click on it to toggle it 
to '....ON'.  ON here really means it's in text only and OFF means it's in 
rich-text which you don't want.  Confused???  I was for awhile..
