Here's my .02 worth on the Great Radio Controversy - you can always
bypass the pundits and find Tesla's patent directly online at :

http://164.195.100.11/netahtml/srchnum.htm

enter the patent number 645576 and provided you have the appropriate
image viewer and the PTO server isn't swamped, voila. If not I've posted
page one here: http://www.widomaker.com/~cswiger/tesla_patent_p1a.jpg

You will notice immediately one thing they NEVER mention is that Tesla's
patent is "System of Transmission of Electrical Energy" - that's ENERGY,
not information. It certainly is the case that this proir art of coupled
resonant RF circuits should have been spotted by the patent examiner,
as the courts found 50 years later. However, it is perfectly understandable
how this grevious injustice against genius occured, that a very impractical
system of transmitting energy w/o wires was dismissed as wacko, while
someone else 'invented' the same system for the transmission of morse
code, which WAS demonstrated as practical and useful for ship to ship and
coastal communications, and built it into a successful business.

Now I'm going to plug in the HQ-120-X and receive energy from a nearby
AM stn to get back on topic ;))

Happy Independance day to all USians
