I have seen this happen when C150 is open. Watch out - C150 is spec'ed at
800 V. I try to use 1000V or 1200V for replacement (if I can find any).
Another thing that can do this is if the AGC is broken and the output is
very hot (high amplitude). I have seen 150V across the 600-ohm load there if
the gain is not properly controlled.
