          Nah!!   You're fine!  If anything, there are some of us, like myself
who could probably stand to post to the group more often.  Sometimes
were sorta like an old dog.  We'd rather lie in our warm comfy corner,
than come out an play, so you gotta poke us a little.  That question about
tuning cap shield has been asked and answered before, so sometimes
some of us tend to let some of those questions slide by thinking " we've been
here before, I think I'll sit this one out."  That keeps me from wearing 
the letters
off of my keyboard, but it doesn't help you much.  So, a little poke from the
"kids" to come out and play is good now and then.  We don't want any mental
"arthritis" to set in :-).
