Shure 444 D dynamic desk microphone.
The 444 D has voice shaping built in to it, with PTT switch
on the base. Under the base are switches for High or Low Z,
and PTT or VOX.  This mic is the black color, and is in very
nice shape for $ 60 

Shure 444 desk microphone  (NOT the "D" model)
Similar to above, but gray color.  Good condition
for $50
