I believe that $15.00US  is a small amount to pay to Use QSL.NET for 12
months.  I have just forwarded My $15.00US which is actually about $30.00
AUS.  I am on fixed income of $263.00AUS a week, so I believe EVERYONE who
receives MORE than this amount a week, Can afford and SHOULD donate at LEAST
$15.00US, if They Use QSL.NET at all.
