Al,

I've played 'till my eyes are about to fall out and I think I've made all
the changes I dare before you copy what I have done.  I've added some text
specific to this list so you'll probably want to get rid of it before you
clone it.

I messed with the HTML a bit by adding the logo from the old email lists
page.  The graphic is linked back there so if it moves, the pages will need
to be updated.

Everything I seem to be able to do is one list at a time.  There seems to
be no global change option so I have not done anything to the front end URL
and in fact, see no way to do it.

I don't know where all the extra headers are coming from in the posts.
There is nothing in the file (I can see) to put them there and they take up
quite a bit of room.  I believe that if you can, I would get rid of them
and let the individual owners add them if they wish.  The footers being
used now (which will be default) will probably do nicely for a start IMHO.

Have a look at what is done and let me know what else you want done.  I
will probably play a bit more with the HTML.
