Most recent change:

     IC7300 mode change

       * change to FM bandwidth decode
       * change to mode/bandwidth/freq display sequence

This should correct inconsistent behavior on 7300 when changing modes at 
flrig or a client.  Successfully tested .23 on IC7300 and FT710.
