       * changed short form to blank when NIL selected for state
       * store fldigi version number in SQSO.txt file

           does not match with executing binary

     Version 4.2.03

NOTE: this version of fldigi will read an existing 
<fldigi>/data/SQSO.txt file. If the file is not tagged with the current 
fldigi version, first line read as

'State/Province, ST/PR, County/City/Disrict, CCD -- Version 4.2.03.03'

then that file will be regenerated from internal data strings. Upon 
closing the SQSO.txt file will be updated.

The configuration item(s) for state and county now also include 
selection of UK and UK county (this list will need to be verified). The 
user may also select NIL for state in which case the short form for both 
state and county will be set as empty.
