[Ham-Mac] FT898D / flrig 2.0.0 problem report

If you are using flrig with the Yaesu FT-897D transceiver you will be 
unhappy to find that it is missing from the list of supported 
transceivers.  For now you have 3 possible solutions.

 1. revert to flrig 1.4.8
 2. use flrig 2.0.0 but select the FT-857 transceiver
 3. download and install flrig-2.0.0.01 at
    http://www.w1hkj.com/alpha/flrig/ which contains the necessary fix:
