         - adjust sleep method for OS-X performance

     CW decoder improvements
       * change threshold algorithm
       * remove separate rx attack/decay filter selections
         . single selector used for both
       * derive bit clock from detected signal
       * decode at 1/2 bit length from transition point when
         detected signal passes through mean value
       * change cwio timing to use accu_sleep vice MilliSleep
       * assistance from Harry, W5PNY

     FFT Monitor update
       * Add complex signal processing to FFT usage

     CW multi-channel
       * changed cw viewer multi-decoder filtering to use independent
         fir bandpass filter centered on 50 Hz intervals
         . out-of-band reject 60 dB between adjacent channels
       * add right click clears channel to cw viewer
