This source is suitable for building to a Windows-10 64 bit target, 
Fedora 35 build instructions

Debian/Ubuntu/Mint build instructions 
<https://sourceforge.net/p/fldigi/wiki/setupmxe_howto/>.  You will need 
to clone the Source Forge source repository for either of these build 
processes.

'B' is 32 bit binary for all Windows versions.
'E' is 64 bit binary tested on Windows-10 64 bit OS built on Fedora 35.  
A terminal window (for debug data) will open as well as the fldigi main 
dialog.  The terminal and fldigi are linked.  Close one and the other 
also closes.
