Mode State saves and restores selected items between executions. 
Save/restore is mode and band specific.



default is to save/restore all parameters.  Before testing this version 
you should find and delete the file /mode_state.prefs/. It will be 
located in the default fldigi files folder:

  * on Windows - C:\Users\<login>\fldigi.files\
  * on Linux, MaxOS, Unix - $HOME/.fldigi/

     Activity Query Fix

       * Fixed crash-to-desktop upon Activity (pskreporter) query.
         The associated thread required a qrunner object for
