     start/exit set clock

       * add user configurable commands on program
         . start - immediately after normal start up
         . exit - immediately after normal exit
       * add time sychronization if supported by xcvr
         . xcvr clock synchronized to PC clock on next minute
           rollover, to nearest 50 msec.
         . implemented for these transceivers:
           - ic7100, ic7300, ic7600, ic7610,
             ic7700, ic7800, ic7851

Time synch can be changed from GMT to local.  Synchronization always 
occurs during program start up, but can be manually initiated with the 
"Sync Now" button.  The time display changes to --SYNC'D-- at the top of 
the minute.

Does your unlisted transceiver support CAT time synchronization? Tell me 
if it does and point out the CAT command(s) that are relevant.
