[Ham-Mac] WEFAX testing

Ran fldigi 4.1.12.04 on a Pi4 this morning and copied 11 WEFAX 
transmissions from NMG, CG Radio New Orleans.  Reception was unattended, 
using IC7100 and OCF dipole.

Switched between 8305.9 and 4317.9 in middle of fax with little 
disruption in image.

Suggest always receiving with WEFAX centered at 1900 Hz. That will allow 
fldigi to detect the start signal at 300 Hz and the stop signal at 450 
Hz.  Receiver narrow band filters do not improve reception.
