Only if you listen and never call. I just completed two very nice QSO's on 40 meters, PSK-31 and THROB-4 (nice to listen to). I am in North Alabama, and the PSK-31 was with a North Illinois station. The THROB was with a North Carolina station on the Atlantic. I'm still on and calling CQ in various modes. Be sure to enable RxID. 73, David, W1HKJ
