fix to bug reported by Haris on winfldigi group

Hi David,

I noticed that in ver. 4.0.12.11 the TX_PWR field is no longer exported 
in the temporary adif file for use from other programs in order to auto 
import logged QSO.

Is this normal because of the other fields added for the CW SS or by 
accident?
