Ketih,

The ham-mac reflector did not pass the screen shot.  I have the the same iMac  but I only use a the direct USB interface and have not seen anything like you described with the pre-release fldigi-4.0.4.6 and I just updated to the released fldigi-4.0.4. It is working perfect with macOS 10.12.5.
