   LOG area controls
     * Resize and rearrange Log input controls to add Countyentry
       - allow user to select which qso field is displayed:
         . country
         . county
       "C" button to right of the "L"ocator entr switches field usage

   CALL field size
     * Increased CALL, OP_CALL, STA_CALL from 15 to 30 chars

   CW QSY
     * Correct QSY when transceiver in CW and CW-R type modes

   Sound Card Output
     * Added initial open of SC device
       - insured that Pulse Audio recognizes fldigi as both
         input and output sound application
     * Corrected tune output device
     * Changed tune, wfid, video and cw-id to use tx offset

   cw scanner
     * Added multi signal scanner similar to psk and rtty browsers
