     * Added embedded flmsg specific ARQ file transfers
       - uses fldigi's xmlrpc interface
       - this is NOT compatible with the flarq ARQ implementation
       - ARQ implementation does not use control codes
     * Added direct receipt of flmsg "Autosend" message transfers.
       - allows an executing flmsg to be recipient of autosend
         data stream.
     * Allow changing frame size during middle of transfer
     * Update documentation to flmsg 3.0 usage

Please read me the new help file, either pdf, or zipped html, for 
information on the ARQ usage.  This version of flmsg requires fldigi 
3.23.10 or newer.
