[Ham-Mac] Disabling the built in FTDI drivers in OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Neal,

I wrote the app Cocoa RTL Server, which  makes an RTL dongle appear like a networked SDR, following the RF Space protocol. So it works with SdrDx, and possibly other apps.
