[Ham-Mac] Disabling the built in FTDI drivers in OS X 10.11 El Capitan

If you use a device with the FTDI chipset, but need to use the D2XX USB drivers, El Capitan causes all sorts of problems, due to Apple once again making it difficult to not use the built in drivers.  I ran into this myself trying to get my SDR-14 to run.
