Thanks to tips from the Norm, W3IZ at the ARRL, some help from Larry N5RK and Pete, KB3WTP, I have Safari and the NPOTA Leader Board and Honor Roll pages working again.
The Chaser Leader Board now shows AA5VU ranked at #48 out of 4,248 with LoTW confirmation for 152 NPOTA units. I have rest of 2016 to play catch up.
The short answer to the problem was I needed to reset the OS X Safari cache by going to the Develop menu bar, selecting "Empty Caches" and restarting Safari.
It is now working correct and I was confused on the Honor Roll page vs. the Leader Board. The Honor Roll only scores the major parks where the Leader Board scores all 483 NPOTA units.
Getting the OS X Safari browser working correct was a learning experience for me.

Two Windows users sent me screen shots dated 18-Feb showing me at #42 and #18 and that’s where I was over a week ago. I have had many confirmed on LoTW since the NPOTA page stopped updating. The other new issue is no data displayed under Safari 9.1 and the ARRL sign in box is missing-in-action on the Honor Roll page. I have the same issues with both Safari and Firefox.
