[Ham-Mac] Fldigi and Smeter function

My bad..   

Works with 23.10  

23.10 doesn't show a Power display but the xml_page referenced
below describes the XML for Power.   I thought the Smeter display
might switch to Power when transmitting but didn't seem to do that.

Sorry about the smeter question.   Keeping up with the latest 
version is not something I usually do.
