[Ham-Mac] bug in 3.23.02

The FSQ parser may not always recognize the trigger character 
correctly.  I am testing the fix and will publish 3.23.03 when I am 
satisfied that the bug is corrected.

3.23.01 is still available for download.  Simply enter this into your 
URL bar in the browser

http://www.w1hkj.com/downloads/fldigi/

and right click on the desired file.   Select "Save as" from the browser 
popup menu (or some similar menu item).
