[Ham-Mac] JT-Bridge for WSJT-X

There is now a program similar to JT-Alert (on Windows) for fans of WSJT-X.  Called JT-Bridge, v1.0 was released yesterday and is designed to work with MacLoggerDX. Not as fully featured as JT-Alert, it still provides an excellent tool to identify new stations/DXCCs in WSJT-X.
