[Ham-Mac] RumlogNG

It worked well for me in CQWW and I have it set up for the 10m contest 
but I couldn't get on before the sun went down and took propagation with 
it.  Let's hope for better luck tomorrow!

RUMlogNG has become my logging program of choice for non-contest 
operation also.
