[Ham-Mac] fldigi crashing with pskreporter / spot

If you have been experiencing any of these issues with fldigi:

  * segmentation faults on Linux/Unix/OS-X or strange crashes on Windows
    while running the PskReporter / Spot activity
  * failure to retain some configuration items between shut down and
    start (particularly combo box parameters)
  * creation of Cabrillo reports for the BARTG contest

then you should consider installing fldigi-3.21.80AG which is posted on 
the alpha test page.

Do not expect the Windows installation exe to have passed any white list 
checking.  That is never done for an alpha release.  I have downloaded 
and installed on both XP and Win8 computers and the install exe is 
clean.  You can check your download against this sha256 check sum if you 
are concerned with security.

3.21.80AG has been running on a 64 bit Linux machine for the past 4 
hours and posting to PskReporter without any faults.
