[Ham-Mac] Tip for fldigi/Aether Users for the ARRL QSO Party

Hello everyone; 

This bug popped up while I was traveling for business and attending meetings; so I’ve been unable to tend to it until today. I’ll review the reports and see if I can get the script fixed to respect the appropriate field when logging. I think that I had never even considered that you’d log an SSB contact at the dial frequency. When the mode is SSB, I’ll use it in place of the digital frequency offset.
