[Ham-Mac] Better PKS31 decoding

Hello,

Just wanted to mention I found the talk by John Gibbs NN7F at the last ARRL/TAPR DCC about ways to improve
PSK31 decoding interesting. You can find the talk at http://arvideonews.com/hrn/HRN_Episode_0122.html .
These changes would improve performance while preserving compatibility with the existing protocol. The talk
gives concepts and studies tradeoffs, he doesn't provide turn-key solutions, so each developer will still
need to do their own implementation work.

I would really like to see some of these ideas implemented in my favorite digital program: fldigi.
