[Ham-Mac] OS X : fldigi 3.22.02 crash on press of "Red X system button"

Reported by a user and confirmed.  A bug fix is being prepared.  The 
cause is the OS refusing to allow an application to open a dialog after 
the system "Red X" has been pressed.  Temporary solution:

Start fldigi and open the "Configuration / UI / General" dialog/tab. 
*Uncheck* "Confirm exit".  Save the configuration and fldigi should exit 
gracefully when the Red X button is pressed.

BTW, this did not fail with earlier versions of OS X.  It does on 10.9.5 
and 10.10.1.  The failure occurs with fldigi 3.21.83, 3.22.00, 3.22.01 
and 3.22.02.
