John G4KLA suggested the following works great
Use a text editor to make a file called fonts.txt and put 4 numbers in
this file such as
10 20 14 50 each pair of numbers refers to a font size and
font weight
(eg bold) for different parts of the panel. Copy this file to
/Applications/WSJT-X .THe file is only read when the program starts up so
quit the program, copy the file, and restart. Then just vary the
size/weight (I suggest by large amounts at first) so you can see what
happens.
