You are absolutely correct! I was a Version 4 customer, and after having the problems I did, and not seeing the issues fixed in later versions, I chose not to upgrade. (Especially since it was a paid upgrade.) -- One of the benefits of try before you buy! Which I am grateful for!
As for "Not even close to the truth," it really doesn't matter does it? I guess it is my recollection against yours, and since I don't archive emails back that far it's a moot point. My point was that when a customer has problems with software and they don't get resolved, the customer is forced to look elsewhere for solutions. Exactly what I did.
I'm certainly not trying to flog a deceased equine here, I only meant to suggest that there are other solutions out there.
