[Ham-Mac] Fldigi and two monitors on a Mac.

I have just bought an adapter cable to be able to use a second monitor on
my new Mac Mini, with the intention of giving myself some more screen
space.  I would ideally like to run fldigi on the second monitor - a
1024x768 Sony which perches perfectly on top of the Elecraft K3/P3.

Unfortunately I have hit a rather awkward problem which I have had no
success in sorting out.  When fldigi is running on the second monitor,
whenever I use a pull down menu from fldigi - like for example to change
mode, the pull down menu pops up on the main monitor and is pretty much
unusable.

I have googled to no avail and I have been through all of the settings in
the software but have been unable to get around the problem.  I had hoped
that with fldigi's pull down menus as part of the application window rather
than as resident on the top line of the main monitor that it would work
well.  I would be grateful for any advice please.
