[Ham-Mac] Multiscan 3

Hello Alan,

You might send a email to KD6CJI and ask where he's storing his apps now.  I have Multiscan version 3B and a couple of earlier versions, but I'd rather you get it from Sergei.  If you cannot find it let me know and I'll forward a copy.  It is still to the best of my knowledge a freeware app.  I sort of assisted Sergei trying out some of the versions when he was developing it a few years ago.  He is very generous.
