[Ham-Mac] QSL program

Don't know of any specific QSL card program, but there are a couple of things you can do:
1) Will WB8RCR's program run under WINE/CrossOver? CrossOver is not free but is easy to install and test; WINE is free but is a bit more challenging. Either will run a lot of Windows programs. Neither requires a Windows license
2) Install Windows under Boot Camp or as a virtual machine under Parallels/Fusion. Requires a separate license for Windows.
3) Use any of the numerous fantastic graphic/design programs available on Mac to design and print your own cards. Most good apps are available in the App Store and most are not too expensive. Pixelmator is one such program and costs $30, but is probably a lot more than you need. Others are available for more or less than that price point.
4) Use Pages to create your own. Pages is now free through the App Store if you're running Mavericks. Alternately, you could try LibreOffice…as I recall it has some decent graphics tools.
5) MacLoggerDX is a logbook program that also includes the ability to create/print QSL cards; but the price is $99, I believe. However, it would meet your needs for designing a QSL card AND give you an electronic logbook.
For filling out the data on your card, most Mac logbooks include label printing at a minimum; so if you use one of the programs above, you can create a QSL card and affix a label from Aether ($30) or RUMlog (Free).
Just some thoughts.
