[Ham-Mac] RUMlog issues

It is not a permissions problem....N2IW has it correct; move the entire
RUMlog-5.2.6 folder to Applications and then run RUMlog from within that
folder.

The "Can't open log file" error is the default error when you first start
up.  It can't open the log file because you haven't created one yet.
