What is new in this version:

1. Can open folders within Image Browser
2. Can move timestamp around transmit view
3. Timestamp has contextual menu (right click or control-click)
4. Fixed drag and drop images to transmit view
5. Replaced deprecated methods
6. Can add a small picture to display next to a callsign. Drag and drop picture to the image view (in Prefereces under callsign tab) and click Display picture on to add it or off to remove. So operator can add a logo next to callsign or his portrait :-)
7. Added contextual menu to the transmit image so some image effects can be used like Sepia, Monochrome, line art and so on.
8. Changed CQ2 overlay to display vertical CQSSTV on both sides of the image (I think it looks better)
9. Cleaned up and optimized some code.

MultiScan 3B is design to run on OS X 10.6 or above.
