[Ham-Mac] Useful OS X tip to Force Quit Apps that Freeze

You are correct. Once an app is hung, you can right-click on the dock icon and see the Force Quit option. I have used that option several times. I just liked the (new to me) Shift before going to the black apple tip from MacWeek.
