[Ham-Mac] Got the front page of WSJTX loaded but disappeared when clicking on setup

HI Dave,
I think if there was a way to set up the options without entering setup it
might work ok. It is barely a beta so things will change a lot.
Tried running WSJTX in vmware but USB ports still not showing up so I tried
Parallels, I could be decoded ok but I got very poor/few decodes , suspect
the timing is being upset. Anyway got Win7 working again on bootcamp so
will give it another try.
