[Ham-Mac] JT65-HF/JT-Alert on Mac

For those of you interested in running JT65-HF and JT-Alert on a Mac, I've updated my instructions on how to do so under Crossover for Mac.  

The new instructions include setup and operations guidance for the new v2 of JT-Alert.
