[Ham-Mac] Sound Card calibration

My attempts at SSTV using Mulitscan2 (I have a PPC mac in the shack)
reveal slanted images indicating a small error in the Signalink
sound card sample rate.

There is a windows program CheckSR and I tried to build the "sctest"
program but the sys/soundcard.h  file is not present in my 10.5.8 system
with Xcode 3.

So, how does one do this calibration on a Mac OS X (PPC) system?

I could move the Signalink to an Intel Mac Mini to do the
calibration if there is an Intel solution not involving installation
of a Windows environment.
