Correct compatibility issue with fldigi-3.21.40

The problem was caused by the an xmlrpc transaction failure for a new 
feature added in fldigi 3.21.40AH, the ability to set the transceiver 
manual notch from fldigi's waterfall.  This feature has only been tested 
on the Yaesu FT-950 transceiver.  Download the alpha version of fldigi, 
3.21.40AH from http://www.w1hkj.com/alpha/fldigi/ if you want to test 
this feature.

The manual notch is enabled by point the mouse at the desired WF 
frequency and pressing Ctrl-Alt-Left-Mouse combination.  Pressing the 
same combination a second time will clear the notch.
